W7R3.. enjoying running, however 2 runs in this week, I ended up walking due to some leg or knee pain. I am also finding it hard to motivate myself. Being back working (school) is draining my strength!

W7.. taking me ages
W7 took my 5 runs to complete (ran one, failed one, ran one, failed one, ran one) but I'm so glad that I got there. I am just home from R1 of W8 and I know that my experience of W7 made that so much easier. By taking a bit longer to do Q7 and learning each time I got it wrong means that now I know that I can do 25 mins, not a fluke but comfortably and that made the step up to 28 minutes really doable. It is tough finding a way to fit in your running with the start of the new term and shortening days but I know you can do it. Keep going! 😁
Thanks, think I needed to know that I am not the only one who is taking ages with W7 (more like fortnite 7 with 5 - 25min runs). I have learnt a few things. Not to do a particular route, and maybe take it a bit slower (was starting to get that, need to do 5k in 30mins, speeding up might be hurting the legs and knees)
Feeling rested with an extra 2 days inbetween the last run. Lets finish this W7 on a high.
Being back at school has been a killer.
