Struggling this week. Seems that the longer runs are getting to me I can’t seem to get into a rhythm. I’ve done 3 25 minute runs and they’re not getting easier.

You're on a progressive program. It's not getting easier because each week you're achieving more.
As always, if it's getting to be a struggle slow down the pace. Just a little bit makes a big difference.
Run like a Loris.
You wrote "I did 3 25 minute runs"...how did you find week 1, did you imagine you would write that ? You did more than last week, so it's not getting easier, because you are doing more. But compare how you feel after 90 seconds now with how you felt after 90 seconds in week 1. Then you will see that if you compare like with like it IS getting easier. That's one of the reasons why there is consolidation after the programme to make those 30 minute runs seem easier as you get more used to them.
Relax, maybe slow down too... these longer runs are perfect for slow and steady...also.. have you upped your strength and stamina work on some of your rest days..the rest of your body has to keep up with the newly forming legs
hi Scruff55, hang in there you doing fine🙌yes the runs are hard, understandably as they get progressively longer but importantly you are still achieving the run👍 you are doing 25mins, you are almost there. Relax, keep it slow, 🐢, you can do this 😊
I feel exactly the same. Did w7r3 on Wednesday. Should have done w8r1 on Friday, didn't attempt it until Sunday as my legs were sore and I felt like I needed to rest. Couldn't get past 25 mins yesterday and that nearly killed me off in last 5 mins. We will get there though! We have not come this far to just get this far
I have w7r3 today, and I feel somehting similar. For me, it's all psychological. I enjoyed the shorter intervals, with Jo talking to me all the time. Now she leaves me alone for 7.5 minutes (and it will be more next week!!!) and I get a lot of time to think "how much more???" but I guess that's also part of the training, at one point I will be running 30 min on my own, so need to get used to that too
