I’m so proud of myself! I flipping did it!!!!! W5r2... You were right I just needed to slow down.
I didn’t just do it.....on the last 8min run, I sped up at the end... I can’t believe it. I failed so badly on Wednesday, so I’m so pleased I did it today.
I’m still super anxious about w5r3... I’ll let you know how it goes

Nice one! You should feel proud of yourself. The program works, just do what is asked on the day! I used to look at the next run and freak out! But you don't have too! It is your mind that gets in the way, not your body! It will be ready, just focus and do what's asked! On my last week I discovered Little Mix! I'm in my 40's . ... but on your last 1k and a banging girl power tune comes on! You really perk up! Wk5r3 . ... You'll be on Wk6r3 before you know it 💪👊
