I am so excited! Just heading to week 9 of our course, and did a park run buddy run this morning. I fully expected to have to walk and was hoping for a sub 45 min time as I’ve never run as far as 5k. I RAN THE WHOLE WAY!! I am thrilled with my time, I did it in 35.35. My main aim was to just finish and I didn’t care where or when, so I’m so chuffed!

Oh wow!!! That is brilliant. I am so pleased I've seen this as I'm trying to get the courage to do a park run next Saturday and it will be week 8 run 3 for me then. Running the whole thing is an amazing achievement. Well done!
