First post and so pleased with my self. Just completed W9 R3. Never thought Iβd get this far. Really struggled some weeks especially week 8. I decided instead of early morning runs this week I would try late afternoons and that has made all the difference. Not saying it was easy still but definitely not the struggle of last week.
The thing that has surprised me the most thoughβ¦β¦β¦..Iβve actually really enjoyed it! π³ Iβm now looking forward to the consolidation runs.
Although I havenβt commented on here before Iβd just like to say thank you to everyone. All the advice on here has really helped me get through the last 9 weeks and long may it continue.

You may have been silent for the last nine weeks but you have sure been working hard and learning from the well informed people on here that help so many of us get through the plan. Congratulations on your graduation. It is a real buzz running isn't it but not easy at times.
