Hi gang,
Well my last post i mentioned about my right knee has been hurting, mainly when going down stairs etc and when i play golf it hurts when walking.
Since running it started and I had it in both knees and my left one has stoped hurting now and its just my right one which hurt a little.
I gave it a rest for an extra day again and yesterday I went for a run, this time with a friend of mine (Paul) who completed the couch to 5k and he has done a few 10k ones, and he has got back into it. We went together and due to the extra day off, i decided to repeat week 6, run 2 again.
I hope this is ok to do this....it wasn't planned....just kind of didn't want to push my knee with a longer solid run....and to be honest - i got through it fine ! and knee is fine!!!!
so fingers crossed back on path....and things are all good to carry on.
