Not bad!!!

β€’12 Replies

Just got back from a run in the beautiful sunshine.still feeling poorly but i am afraid i just couldn't help myself!!!

I spent all day yesterday looking out of the window talking myself out of running because i knew i wasnt up to it...i am feeling a bit better today so it had to be done.

It wasnt a great success...i had to stop after 27 minutes BUT i was happy with it...i havnt run since wednesday & still feeling under the weather.

As a depression sufferer i have to consider my mental health as well as my physical health & running helps SO much with that nasty old black dog so sometimes...if you've got to go you've got to go 😁

Also...i am rather pleased as i decided to test out my left knee that has always been painful...the more i have been running the less its been hurting...so i went out today without my knee support!!!& it was totally fine 😊 so YAY...no more nasty bulgy muffintops on my thigh from that ugly knee support πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Oh dear, you have been infected with the running bug big time 8-)

Just take it easy.

You are right about running being a good way to shake the Black Dog off though!

Great run, Claire. 27 minutes is no mean feat at the best of times, so doing it while still feeling under the weather is very good! Funny you should mention knees as I have realised that I've not had any issues with my dodgy one since graduating c25k :)
