Just got back from a run in the beautiful sunshine.still feeling poorly but i am afraid i just couldn't help myself!!!
I spent all day yesterday looking out of the window talking myself out of running because i knew i wasnt up to it...i am feeling a bit better today so it had to be done.
It wasnt a great success...i had to stop after 27 minutes BUT i was happy with it...i havnt run since wednesday & still feeling under the weather.
As a depression sufferer i have to consider my mental health as well as my physical health & running helps SO much with that nasty old black dog so sometimes...if you've got to go you've got to go π
Also...i am rather pleased as i decided to test out my left knee that has always been painful...the more i have been running the less its been hurting...so i went out today without my knee support!!!& it was totally fine π so YAY...no more nasty bulgy muffintops on my thigh from that ugly knee support ππ€£
