Hydrated more this morning before the run and adopted a Japenese slow jogging technique. This meant I was fine for the 1min jog and even felt I could do more. Yay!

One thing though. The c25k NHS plan differs from mapmyrun and c25k plan. Does it matter which you follow?

You can follow any app you like but the majority on this forum are using the NHS?one You app, so you may find you have different challenges at different times.
