So the mighty hill that was the twenty minute run for week 5 went perfectly. It’s a truly bizarre and awesome feeling to know that this morning I ran non stop for twenty minutes. Didn’t feel out of breath and had 3 waves of achy legs which came and went. Roll on week 6. That said in the last minute of this mornings run if a snail pooped out in front of me I think I could have easily tripped over it. 🐌 🏃♂️ 🦵 happy days what a feeling. I keep re thinking about it saying to myself no of course you didn’t do it but reminding myself that I actually did.

That run had me in tears... even though I ran a lot in my youth I’d never in my life gone for 20 minutes. Be very proud of yourself.
Slow and steady into week 6... don’t forget that the intervals add up. Keep the pace down in the next two runs and you got this. Great job.

Well done Mullinz! I laughed when I got home after that run just because the whole thing is so bonkers - I mean, really, me running for 20 minutes non stop?! Enjoy week 6!
