1st post graduation run

I decided to treat myself, let my inner 🐌 take charge and take it steady. After pushing last week to increase my pace and distance for week 9, I thought I would just go out, relax and enjoy the jog, and I did πŸ˜€. No pressure to increase the distance or speed was nice. I did mix it up a bit towards the end and changed my route, so the last 10mins were on a slight incline, just to keep it interesting πŸ˜†

That’s both of us with the incline !! I might just go and jog no time pressure and see where it takes me !! Would be interesting to not have Jo telling me how much longer etc !!

Still did 30mins and had my music on, but no pressure was quite nice 😊. Back on for the next one though, building towards to 5k now (slowly though πŸŒπŸ˜€)

Sounds like a wonderful run 😊 I haven't ditched the app yet, I've done my 3 consolidation runs with Sanjeev, just repeating w9r3. I might just try it without next time I'm out πŸ‘
