Woohoo! I really enjoyed that run and walked home with a stupid grin on my face. Never thought I’d be doing this at 62 and three quarters. C25k and the support on here are fantastic.

Woohoo Kashara! A fantastic achievement and you’ll be grinning all day! So now for those consolidation runs and then? Well, as I’ve discovered, there’s a world out there for running in! 🥳👏👏👏🏆

Thank you. This has been an unexpected benefit of being bored during lockdown for me.

Thank you! My grandchildren are impressed (they’re not yet old enough to be embarrassed by me).

Yes, go grannies!

Well Done! You should be incredibly proud of yourself. I'm 28 and sometimes wonder if i will make it to the end. Your post gives me the motivation I need and reminds me that I have no excuses not to reach W9.

Mind over matter!

Thank you so much! The best motivation for me was when I started to enjoy the running, when I slowed down and enjoyed the scenery. Keep on keeping on!
