Today’s run was less smooth than the others in Week 9 (might have something to do with the couple of gins last night!) - but I can’t believe I’ve made it here and can successfully run for 30 mins (3 times!!)! 🎉 Super happy - and all before a day of work! Pizza tonight to celebrate I think!
This programme is incredible - I’ve tried to run in the past which has consisted of going outside, running as fast as I can as often as I can for 30 mins, going home, and aching like hell for the next couple of days before deciding it isn’t for me. The structure of this programme means it’s challenging, but not off-putting, and you gradually build stamina...and then before you know it, you’re at week 9! You just have to believe in yourself...
Thank you again!! 🥳

Well Done and Congratulations you did it 🏅🏆 BIG 👍...... I ran my 2nd run of week 9 today. I normally go in the evenings, should have ran last night, but decided I needed another rest day..... I too think this program is great, it not only builds your strength, stamina and mental determination, it's about listening to your own body too. This forum offers great support too. I'll be chasing your heels Carrie...... in a day or two . Enjoy that pizza you deserve it...... along with more gin 😁
You deserve that pizza tonight, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
