Well today was my Run 2 of week 4, and what a great run !! I didn't want it to stop. I have started to manage how to control my run if that does make sense?!! (if there is such a thing!) I have started to step up speed a tiny tiny bit and then back off if I feel tired, but today was a nice steady pace and controlled breathing and felt like I could do more.....but I will 100% stick with the program and do as "Laura"....my running fling! tells me to do !! - she has been spot on so far.
Keep up the runs everyone - and if anyone is struggling, I'm by far no expert, just voice your concerns and help on here and we will all try to help. This is an amazing group.........
*** I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone that replies or comments to my posts, I am being honest here to say each one is a huge boost for me and I read them over and over and sit smiling! I really appreciate it and I will try to get back and comment to everyone, with a thank you or a comment....but everyone reply is read, loved and thanked. Thank you.
Run 3....i can not wait!

It's great to hear you are enjoying the program , and if you have managed to control your pace now that will certainly stand you in good stead for the future runs , and you are right , this forum is so supportive, I wouldn't have graduated without it , it's a great little virtual family 😁
Thank you so much, yeah - I have a nice steady tempo now.....another thing I have done is done a playlist with the same type of tempo!!! and I kind of run to the music! lol
Managing your runs makes perfect sense AdieJ you’re learning to pace yourself, which comes with experience....well done, another run under your belt 👍🏃♂️💪🏻
You're my inspiration as I've just finished week 3 and got my first week 4 run on Monday. Keep showing me what's possible 😁👍💪
