Bit warm innit? Thoroughly enjoyed that - bring on run 3 I say! Getting a bit faster and by faster I mean I was nearer to 8/km than 9/km today 🙂 What’s everyone up to this weekend? The weather is grand here so I’m going to sit in my little garden and read a book. Maybe plant some seeds 🌱 There may also be gin. Happy Easter you fine people!

Well done on the run, and sounds like you have the perfect weekend lined up with a bit of fresh air in the garden and a refreshing drink 🍸.

I had a nice long run yesterday, so am also enjoying some time in the garden and there might be a little drink involved later on.

Well done you! You’re smashing this programme! Enjoy your rest, sun and gin.

It’s not a Run day for me so I’m pottering around the garden enjoying the sun too here in Lancashire. I showed some veg seeds in a big pot at the start of lockdown and they are coming up a treat 😊

Oh brilliant. I panic bought a couple of mini greenhouses and me and my teenage daughter have been sowing tomato, kale, beetroot and peas. I am a novice so hoping for the best! Hello from across the border 👋🏻

Fabulous! I’ve sown tomatoes too but my greenhouse is full of rubbish and I can’t clear it out cos there’s too many cobwebs and I’m scared of what’ll crawl out 😱🤦🏻‍♀️ Hopefully by the time they’ve grown a bit I’ll be able to have my brave friend round to sort it 😂

A lovely line of trees. Looks like a lovely place to kick up some sweat.

Enjoy the glass of gin, you deserve it 👏 Live your life the way you see it best. Life’s to be enjoyed ❤️ Yes, sit in the garden dear, read a good book and relish Nature. You’re living it right.

Take care and my best regards in these times of uncertainty.

Well done. That’s looks a good hill for going down but maybe not up!

I’ve just done Wk6 R2 this morning and found it really tough going towards the end. I tried a new route though which included some more slopes. Hopefully the next run will be okay!
