Complete π. Still slow but really starting to feel a bit stronger now which is great.
Looking at week 5 did any one attempt the park run for run 3 of week 5? Not the whole thing but running for the 20 mins and walking the rest. Iβm wondering if itβs worth doing for the experience and getting to know the route or will it be disheartening potentially being last and seeing everyone run past me.
Any experience out there π
