Good Morning All
Just completed Wk3 Run3, struggled a bit, looking at Wk4 and it seems a bit of a jump, any shame in repeating Wk3 till I am comfortable with the step up or is it best to soldier on
Good Morning All

There is no shame in it and no rule to say you can't (and here's the but) the programme is set up to bring you along nicely. It will throw you a wee tester every now and again. My advice is keep going. Just slow it all down, if struggling slow down slightly, miby pick a different route, (less hills) if possible. Trust the system. Speed and all the rest can be worked on once you get your body for running the 30mins reguraly. Just remember tho, you have done the hardest part, the first step. Well done and keep going
Hi Chris, I had the same concern so repeated the last run of the week rather than the whole week. That boosted my confidence and helped me realise that a big part of completing a more challenging run is in the head. Slow and steady along with a bit of faith in the programme will get you through. I’m just heading out for my week 8 run 2 and at the start of this that seemed impossible.
The plan is constructed in a way that if you complete one session you are ready for the next and maintaining momentum is important.
You don't fail anything if you cannot complete a run and every run makes you stronger.

All that said, there is no harm in repeating any run.
Hi, I've just completed W3 R3 too and found it at the limit of my running stamina. I am going to do another couple of runs at week 3 before I move on. No shame in that!! Good luck (to both of us).
I’m getting back into running after a long illness. I am W3R2 my advice is not to push yourself it’s time on the road not pace. C25K is hard work, but trust me the sense of achievement at the end is so worth it. Keep going we’ve got your Back Chris.
If you did it, don’t repeat. Trust the programme.
