Hi,just finished 3runs of wk3 starting wk4 today,bit nervous about the increasing length of runs any advice?

While it was long I remember thinking after wk 2 week 3 looked hard but I’ve managed so far and you have done it!! Roll on wk4 πŸ˜‚

Just go out and give it a go you have nothing to be nervous about all the previous runs have been building you up to this have a little faith in yourself and you will surprise yourself if not you just do the run again but you have nothing to fear if you trust the programme and take it slow and steady.

Slow and steady, don't be in a hurry to rush through it. Tempering your speed will pay dividends.

How did you do? It was around this time that as well as really slowing down, I thought about my posture - head up, shoulders back, straighten up upper back. It helped me because I had started to slump as I got tired.

Ok thank you far better than I thought it would be no aches or pains at the moment tomorrow will tell.I have found I tend to feel a little drained the next day.regards Nick.

I find music helps...I sing along to the music I play (in my head) this way the time goes by without me thinking/worrying about it.

I also judge time by songs...if it sounds long I think - that's approx 1.5 songs , doesn't seem so bad that way
