Literally slippers for the muddy trails.

I fell in love with Saucony when I bought my road shoes 😬

My sauconys are a whole size bigger than my normal size. But I realise when I walk/run I unknowingly lift my big toe up - weird or what! 😊

🤣 you’ve got me on google now! I’ve never really paid attention in this type of shoe, but I think I have trail shoes. I definitely run in trainers because I’m on grass where possible. But my dog walking shoes might be trail shoes 🤔 they are Solomon and trainer type, not boots. I always call them my hiking shoes but now I’m not sure. Maybe I should try running in these when I have to change back to road in winter 😳🤔

Yes we'll I knew I would be doing C25K on tarmac, but having signed up for parkrun I noticed my local run suggested trail shoes, so, who am I to argue 😬

Haha, well they have not restarted yet so you can do a 5k run anywhere else and submit your time to the parkrun group , so it's like a virtual parkrun or as they call it, a (not) parkrun 😁

I ran on grass until recently as you know! In fact, my new road running shoes only had their first outing last Saturday. I was afraid to run in them 😂 but they are also good!

Yes it can! Fortunately mine weren’t too expensive and they do the job nicely. Should last me a while! I need some brightly coloured running clothes though; I set out this morning before dawn and my clothes are all black! Suddenly realised that wasn’t good when it wasn’t light yet!

The only park run mud I have seen was on all the folk returning from the park run on a Saturday morning, there was just so much mud!
