I'm not sure how I got to that post...that's too bad, I loved the egg drop.

On another note, I'm not sure why, buy yahoo mail rejects the notifications from Health Unlocked and I've had to add the email to my contacts again (Yes, its there twice). But I have received the notifications now...

Btw Don’t kniw if you have looked but Film My Run YouTube channel is fab! Stephen Cousins is a very experienced Ultra Runner and parkrun enthusiast. His wife, Victoria, is a great runner too.🙂
