Yup... I remember thinking the same thing... every time I went out if truth be told. Even now 3 weeks after graduating the gremlin sits on my shoulder and tells me I'm a fraud, i shouldn't be able to do this... but keep going, trust the programme and you WILL get there.

Aw, brilliant and thanks! 😊 Managed my 2nd consolidation/post injury run yesterday. Did 28mins and all good! It was a bit of a slog, as it was quite humid, but was chuffed to do it. Hope to be back to 30 mins next week, but if there’s any doubt, I’ll drop it right back down again.🤞🏃♀️🐢
