Wk4 R3 !!

So week 4 completed and I enjoyed it !! Bring on week 5 which I'll start on Thursday!! Just had a look at the 3 runs and I can see there's a 20min run on the 3rd outing 🤣🤣🤣. Can I do it ? .Yes I can !! Happy running people 👌✌

Yes!! Well done GMAN! Congratulations on finishing wk4, and here's to wk5! 🏃

I'm just a day ahead so will be tackling wk5r1 tomorrow. I'm deliberately not thinking about the 20 minute run, but we know we can do this!

Yay! Go GMAN!

I can't believe it's the end of week 4 today! That's gone quick!

Yes you can totally do week 5. Its the best week and run three is the best run (well, except the graduation run I'm guessing 🤔) Honestly you have totally got this. The only advice i can offer personally is that i felt that taking two days rest between run 2 and run 3 helped me be as prepared as i could for The Best Run. Oh and the usual drink loads of water stuff......but you know all that already.

Inspirational quote of the day;

"Keep the faith"

Thank you so much for your post . I'm taking it all on board what you've said and are looking forward to starting wk5 . "Keep the faith " 👌✊✌
