I was scheduled to run tomorrow morning (I usually run mon, wed, fri) but with having a 3 hour + drive to Norfolk tomorrow I pushed myself into my running gear and out of the door before life got in the way in the morning.

I'd already packed up the holiday home and spent 3 hours driving back from North Wales this morning and then had to deal with all the emotions of last day league survival so I'm not sure how wise running tonight was.

No PB's today but I did stick to the programme and I'm pretty pleased with that. I found W6R3 easier but mentally I was in a much better place. No running now until Wednesday morning.

I've stretched out following the NHS guide so let's see how the legs feel in the morning...
