Week 4 run 1

Hi everyone, have just done run 1 week 4, very slow and plodding rather than running but managed to do it without stopping so quite chuffed with myself. Know it's still early days but am determined to keep going and it's great to have the support from you all. Still feel I should be going faster as feel I am doing a fast walk at the moment. Any advice on how to speed up would be most most welcome. Congratulations to all who have completed course hope to be one of you eventually 😊 xx

You don't want to be looking towards speed. Speed isn't important at all. Slow is good.

Getting to the end of the timed runs without keeling over is what's important at the moment. Getting faster is something you can work on, if you want to, when you've graduated.

I'm only one run ahead of you. W4R3 in the rain tomorrow morning.

'Should be going faster'? Is there a rule I've missed? There are no speed police, take your time and you will graduate without injury. Good luck.
