Very happy to have that one in the bag , can't lie, i found that tough !

doable but tough .

the 3 minute runs are fine but those 5 mins seemed to go on forever , when laura said you are halfway there i thought you must be joking ! only halfway !!!

But, just kept going .

the new shoes are great , im sure they helped me a lot .

might need to extend my route though otherwise i would be home to soon without a 5 min warm down walk.

i ended up going round in circles to warm down haha.

so , feel great now, as i said certainly doable but of course it is starting to step up a gear . 😊

Well done to you! I agree with you, those 5 minute runs did seem to go on. I think that when you do R2, you will find it easier, as I did.

yes im sure you are right .

the first time is always the worst i guess .

but i guess if we dont push on we don't improve .

if i think back to week 1 that first 1 min run nearly killed me haha

keep it up - you’re doing great ... I’m facing week 5 on run 2 and it’s more of a mind battle this week for me

i had no luck with shoes at first, i originally ordered from amazon which in my case was a mistake as they didn't fit haha.

but had success at the running shop after a worthwhile gait analysis

W5 R2 nailed! I’m so full of positivity for everyone else but honestly week 5 is proving more of a mental battle for me but I did it!.. yipeeeee πŸ™Œ πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Super chuffed - started week 1 and thought wow this is tougher than I thought but here we all are week by week improving!

I love this app!

Will sort the shoes out once shops quieten down .. ones I have are ok for now.. πŸ‘πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

Sometimes, I wish they wouldn't let you know how long you've got left! But, it kinda distracts you for a few seconds which is good.

Well done! What an achievement.

I have to be honest I’m not looking forward to it but big girl pants on and a touch of enthusiasm and a lot of luck I’m sure I’ll get though and if I don’t it’s not the end of the world.

Glad the shoes are good.

I run in circles around a big field, at the moment it is two circuits inc warm up/down but hope to have to extend it. Look at it positively, it means you’re covering more ground because you’re getting fitter. Good problem to have I think 😁

As I said , certainly doable , but I certainly felt the extra 2 minutes on the runs

Yes, the five minutes felt really tough. I did week five run 1 and found five minutes much easier though. Even felt that I could have gone on a little further. Just as well with 5 run 2 coming up!
