So I had a 4.5cm blood clot on my lung December 2019 and I have just completed run 3 week 5 I cannot tell you how proud I am of myself I am slow but I could t walk the length of my garden without being out of breath in December 2019

I had blood clots in both lungs back in 2017 and dragged myself into a and e and got kept in overnight for observation and sent home the following evening after dinner.

I was terrified though when it happened but now I know the signs and symptoms as when that happened I honestly didn't know it was something serious like that!

I had cried in relief though after I was discharged from the chest clinic!

Thanks everyone I still have a way to go but I cried after I did it as I was so proud of myself. What an amazing feeling 🙌🙌
