Proud of myself🏃‍♀️

Did my first run of week 1 yesterday and I’ve never really been able to run that far. I suffer from pseudoseizures and I heard running is the best activity to improve it. I’ve been building my muscles for a couple weeks and I can finally say that yesterday I was strong enough to start the couch to 5K programme!!😃✅🏃‍♀️

Well done to you 5feetapart and welcome to C25K and the forum, I just hope that running does indeed lesson your seizures and builds your muscle development. I am glad that you were strong enough to start the program.

Well done to you - that first run is an inspiration isn’t it? You get home on a high thinking you’ve done something you never could have imagined! I know I did. But it gets better, really it does! Take it 🐌 slow, stay hydrated and keep reading the forum because there’s so much advice and support. And let us know how you get on! Good luck!
