So proud of myself!

I had to post as I really am pleased with myself! Just completed wk3 and found it not too bad! When I started wk1 I was so breathless after running for 60 seconds so to be able to run for 3 mins is such an achievement for me. This really does work and I am itching to start wk4! Sorry but none of my friends really understand hence why I am posting on here!

Well done you! It's a brilliant feeling isn't it? It's ever so hard not to talk about it all the time!!

It is wise not to talk to your friends about it. I found that after a while they all started glazing over and sighing. Talk to us! We love to talk about it!!!

Ha ha yes running for 3 minutes is nothing compared to what my friends can do. Some people don't realise how lucky they are to be able to do this naturally, I have never been able to hence why I want to shout it from the rooftops!

Keep posting. The response is very supportive. I graduated today. At first I felt sick after running for 1 minute, now I can do 30 with ease. Need to add a few more hills but all in good time.

Well done skinny, sounds like you are making great progress.

It's great that you are looking forward to week 4 but just continue to take it easy and don't allow any complacency.

Thank you all :-)

Well done skinny. I don't tell anyone at work that I run, they just wouldn't be interested. I only talk to my partner about it, only briefly though! and read all the wonderful, inspirational posts on here.

Remember the lovely feeling of achievement, it only gets better. Good luck
