This week I completed the app. I have done three 30 minute runs. I still can't believe the progress. Literally, from no running, I struggled with 60 seconds when I started. I am only doing 3.8km but I will keep going and try to increase both distance and speed... Very gradually!

To get to 5k. I will add a couple more minutes each week. Hopefully my speed will increase a bit too 😀

congratulations well done x I'm like you just 30 min 3x per week graduated and now I just run 3 x per week and without trying too hard my pace and distance are improving on their own so just remember any run is better than no run xx
