I can’t believe I have made it this far! I’ve done it! 30 mins of running, 3 times a week, I wouldn’t have ever thought I’d be able to do this. I started this challenge to lose weight and get in better shape and after the course of 9 weeks I’m happy to say I’ve lost 2 stone and 2 pounds and I’m much happier and healthier than before! This has become a part of my routine to motivate me in the mornings. So Happy with my progress and Thank you to everyone for the support throughout!!
