Hi all
I Completed C25K about a month ago, (I’ve surprised myself as I’m 56y and never ran in my life before). I have done a few 5k runs now at a slow pace but I’m covering 5k so not to bothered about how long it takes me😁. Im feeling comfortable doing the 5k now and feel I could go a little further so, I’m thinking of starting juju’s magic running plan next week to challenge myself once again. Any advice welcome. 🏃♀️😀
