So, it has been 8 days now since I completed my last run (week 8 run 1)
I'm still not ready to run again yet but It is certainly getting slowly better .
I have bought some resistance bands and will do some excersises in preparation.
There are some very good YouTube videos with excercises to help with a piriformis injury, although this is not yet diagnosed, it certainly feels like that is the problem.
So, a few more days , then an Osteopath appointment on Thursday and then fingers crossed ! π€

Fingers crossed mate, youβll be back at it sooner than you know. Iβll applaud you on your determination, a true runner is someone that falls, and then gets back up again no matter how many times something pushes you back down. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Last time I tried a workout those I knackered my glutes... They are buggers...
I've been having what can only be described as tailbone pain since working at home. Health and safety in work sent me a cocyx wedge. It's a bit weird to sit on all day but does seem to help.
