Out this morning in the sunshine ready for my next hurdle 20 minute none stop. I only went and competed it, the feeling was amazing. I have to say I’m very proud of myself never thought I would do it. I’m actually enjoying running now roll on week 6 ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️😀

You are now genuinely amazing! I did the same thing this morning. How the programme can ever get me, somewhat aged and over size to run that long is wizardry! Be proud of yourself and go and smash week 6. You are a star!

You also ran run 3 of week 5, well done. 😊 🏃🏾. Be careful about the first two runs of week 6.

They, the first run of week 6 especially, catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3, but as long as you take it especially slowly you will be 🆗 🏃🏾 👍

Hi AlMorr,

Is it to do with the stop start thing after just getting to grips with running it all in one hit?

Yes it was. I have Jo Wiley as my mentor and I like her encouragement loads. But I must say when she says, well done you’ve done it.... is a blessed relief! Let’s both keep going and I’m sure we’ll both get there.

I have jo Wiley too. We will do

Well done! Completing W5R3 is a real achievement and a great confidence booster. You have two more interval runs now, (which can catch some runners out, so just be prepared) then it's continuous runs all the way to graduation! Happy running 😊🌷

Thanks for heads up. I think I actually prefer the continuous running than the stopping and starting 😀

Yes, I did too, which is why the step back to intervals catches people out. Enjoy the long runs 😊🌷

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
