Wow. In March I couldn’t run for a minute. Yesterday I ran for 20. I figured I would just keep running until I couldn’t anymore and keep giving it my best shot. But the closer I got, the more my brain turned into my friend and it pushed me all the way, with the help of Jo Whiley. I had been worried about this run long before I even got to it having had several injuries in the build up.
This run is so much more psychological and I urge anyone doing this run to really tap into it, you’ll be surprised what you can achieve. Feeling awesome!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
You absolutely will and hey even if you can’t, it’s still huge progress and a big step to being able to complete it! No run is a failure not matter what. Good luck, you’ll be great x
Hey ! I'll be doing week 5 run 3 on Sunday ! Slightly nervous , but reading your post has made me feel motivated!! 😛 Did you run at a slow pace ? Such a beautiful week for running .. keep it up you're doing great , we can do this hehe 💪🌞
I’m glad! So, so slow honestly. I was focusing more on my body just putting one foot in front of the other. The constant movement is the victory so don’t give pace a second thought! Good luck ❤️
