Tried this about 5/6 years ago and loved it, but got married and had 2 kids close together. I'm now stones heavier and not in the best shape. I've got Bronchiectasis and pretty sure I had Covid-19 back in April so my breathing still isn't great but I thoroughly enjoyed this morning. I felt alive again! Time just for me. Can't wait for my next run!!
