Had planned to get up at 6am but struggled to get up. Managed to get up at 7am and out shortly after. It was tough going though. Trying to start working on the healthy eating now to combine with the running πŸ€ͺ.

Well done, at least you got out there. I found this one a challenge too, the temptation to 'walk for a bit' was intense πŸ˜‚

Well done. Found it tough also, mainly because of changing from podcast to 30min training programme on watch and some robotic dude spent most of it telling me off for heart rate πŸ˜‚. Anything in particular that made yours feel tough?

I was just really tired I think. Hopefully next one is easier πŸ˜‚

I also found my first consolidation run this morning a little tough. I think we imagine by completing all the weeks there will be a magic wand ha ha ha. Onwards and upwards, good luck.

Well done Wagper08 ! The first consolidation run is weird without the C25K app isn’t it. But you did it hurrah! 😊😊😊

I totally understand this. It’s a real mental challenge to keep going after you’ve finished the programme. Great job for getting up, out and nailing it πŸ‘
