I've noticed my knees hurt during the last 2 runs, they burn, when I return to the walking stage the pain eases. I'm hoping my body will adjust in time and π€ a few pounds might fall off me which will help
Real test for me next week. Do I stick with the safety and repeat W2 or move up to W3
At the moment I feel happy and confident that I'm coping, not stopping on the runs. What if W3 is sooooo hard I cant do it, I dont want to start feeling negative again
I might just see how I feel on the morning, but for now IVE COMPLETED WEEK 2 ππ

Well done! If youβve completed every run without stopping, then move on, although if you feel more comfortable repeating any runs, then do so, itβs your journey. You could try slowing down, too. I was running so slowly at that stage I was barely running faster than walking. Good luck!
Well done!! I felt exactly the same as you and used to have terrible pain in my legs. I started doing the strengthening exercises particularly for knees that are recommended on this forum and they have really helped. Definitely move on - you sound ready to me
