Well I have just completed this run and I am amazed at myself as never in a million yrs did I think it was doable - thanks everyone for ur comments and advice on my last post ... it obviously worked - the key definitely is to go slow and mind over matter along with some good music - to anyone who has this run to face - it is doable , when I was running I just kept thinking that I had not read about Anyone not completing it and used that to push myself - legs did tire at the end and I can’t believe I just done that as I am not exactly the slimmest and fittest person - the programme does work .... just believe !!

Of course it can be done! Like we all told you :-)

Now that's out of the way (a mental hurdle, not a physical one) you can focus on Week 6. After that... it's the home straight of Week 7, 8 and 9.

Crack on!

Well done 👍

You are right about believing, it's half the battle.

Keep going! 😊

It really does work and even if you had of had to redo it it would have been fine. You might find it weird going back to stop start next week but stick it out, good luck.

Well done ... big achievement ! Bet when you look back to running 1min at a time in W1R1 you have a sense of pride and glow ... and so you should !

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
