Wow! Just completed W5 run 3 only I accidentally paused Jo Whiley so I ran for 30 minutes wondering where she’d gone, then checked and ran the rest of the recorded run ( 18 minutes) then ran down the hill to home for Fun!! Total time 53 minutes of which 5 was walking warm up, a couple of minutes was getting back Spotify from teen daughter and a few more road crossing and puddle hopping, but at least 40 minutes of running and at least 25 of that nonstop. I am SO chuffed, and feel fabulous:-) love this programme, Thankyou everyone whose posts set me up for today!! :-)

Wow, indeed.🙈🌟

Slow and steady SusieHicks.👏👏

Read the Mentor’s FAQ POST, just advised someone a couple of days ago.

This is a tried and tested programme to build your running body and brain and repair and strengthen and build your lungs and stamina.

Patience🤔, like me, your a novice and a Newbie , with your running life just beginning.

I look forward to catching up with your story and following it with interest.🌟👏👏

Thankyou! I’ll try to be good :-) don’t want to wreck my joints with too much enthusiasm :-( But I definitely feel I’ve made a leap. 6 weeks ago 60 seconds hurt (!) so this is amazing:-)
