W4R1 done it!

Well a day later than planned but up bright and early, scared at thought of running 5 mins but I was not going to give up - annoyingly the podcast kept stalling at start, again not going to give up I kept th brisk walk till it started - and am proud of myself as I did it! Slightly flagged at end of second 5 but done it! Can't believe I've run total of 16 minutes this morning - thanks to everyone on here for helping me to believe in myself ! πŸ˜€ Off for a well needed shower !

  • Well done you! I'm due to do W4R1 early next week and I've been worried about the 5 minute runs! Hope I have as much success as you did :)

  • I was contemplating repeating w3 as I struggled in last run, but everyone said no give it a go. So I did, I was surprised, it wasn't easy (as I'd expect) but I managed it - I'm sure you will too - let me know how it goes. Oh and to cap it all my weight is slowly starting to shift - 3lbs light today! πŸ˜€
