Well here I am very proud of myself today as I have just bossed the first run of W5 it felt really good and I can tell a difference as I’m recovering faster now! Rest day tomorrow then looking forward to R2

It’s lovely to hear that you can feel the difference already- and that is definitely something to be proud of! A lot of people feel a bit daunted at the prospect of W5R3 but as you have already realised, the programme is magic ( well I call it magic, it’s actually science) and you are all prepared for it. Believe me whatever you are feeling now, when you have done that one, double it- you will be over the moon! 💪🏻 Enjoy!

Just done W5 R2 and really enjoyed it, I think you are right there is a bit of magic in this program, yes it’s science but it’s the other bits of keeping your mental health good and the fitness as well of course.
The positivity on here is great and really helps you to carry on believing in yourself to complete it, I love getting up at 5am for a run whatever the weather! People think I’m crazy but this is about me💪🏃♂️❤️😀
Great news SMD13! 😄👍Loved week 5! As you said, it’s when you suddenly start to notice that you’re really getting fitter and more fluid and it finishes on such a high! 🤸♂️It’s a real turning point psychologically. You’re starting to feel like a runner! What’s not to love! 💕😊

came from week 1 where I struggled to even do the minute runs and here I am about to embark on week 7... it’s a tiny piece of magic!
You will love W5r3 and it’s a bit of a milestone on this journey
