We’re all family here, we’ve got each other’s backs. Please share, if you feel you want to. But if you don’t, please still know we’re all here for you, and anyone else, when times are tough.

What music do you play Boo? X

Anything from Stones to Stereophonics, Springsteen to Rod Stewart, Queen to the Killers. Basically anything that’ll get a crowd up and dancing, at pubs, festivals, clubs, dinner dances and weddings 🎷😀

in reply to Equilux

A band I need to see then. I was a drummer in bands years ago xx

People even liked my singing, god knows why xx🤣

Haha! We’re all secret rock stars in our heads! Good thing I play sax, it prevents me from singing, which definitely isn’t a good thing 😂. I despair of ever being able to get back out there to play some live music though!

Why ‘used to be a drummer’? If you’re a drummer, you’re a drummer! Get back out there and find some like minded folk to play with! Or teach your grandson, or be his drummer if he sees himself more as a singer or guitarist!

Music is every bit as good for the mind and soul as running!

in reply to Equilux

My Grandad played sax in a Glenn Miller type band he loved it.

You will play live again just a matter of when.

Love to come to a gig if ok.

Ok am a drummer and singer just not performing at present. 🤣

Absolutely! Drummer, singer, and now runner!

We’ll probably broadcast it far and wide, including on this forum, when we can finally get out there gigging again. You - and everyone - would be very welcome, always nice to see some new faces in the crowd. We’re Kent based, so a real trek for some, but hopefully a few local runners might want to come along to dance off the effects of a run 💃🏽 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️.

Look forward to it on any forum have a massive love of music.

Went to school in Kent. Duke of Yorks Royal Military School in Dover.

Spent lots of time at the cliffs.

Where I first drummed at 11 years old x
