Hello everyone my name is Stuart and I am 49 and just completed C25K, I started eating healthier since October 23rd 2017 following slimmers World, however I did not join slimmers World just copied the diet I was 21stone 4lb, diagnosed with high blood pressure, my iron was dangerously low, and border line diabetic, I also had a hip replacement in 2011 . After loosing 3 stone over the next 3 months, I then vowed to get fit so I came across the C25K app and to be blatantly honest after the very run thought , I was going to have to phone a ambulance as I just couldn't stop coughing however it was me just panicking and after several minutes I was fine but I nearly gave it up that day thinking it was just to hard but my freindstold me I had done the hard part, and promised me the next would be easier, and I as you who are just starting out felt ye sure, but they was correct and as the weeks passed I was actually enjoying it and looking forward to the next run, I had the bug, and I needed my dopamine rush or endorphins rush every other day, I have a been on anti depression tablets for a lot of years and I not saying running is a cure, but I have noticed a massive self confidence bust in my self and I belive this is attached to my running and dieting, this app is for everyone and if I can do it everybody else can thanks C25K u have probably help save me from a early grave
