I did my Race for Life on Sunday in a reasonable 45 mins. I "ran" very slowly as it was hard work; it was a bit warmer than I would have liked. Tremendous sense of achievement.
Just thinking, what now? Might sign up for a Park Run.

Well done a great achievement. The race for life events always look like fun and friendly events.
Well done. I have mine on Sunday 23.
Go for it on the park run, you will enjoy it, and just like R4L it's entirely at your own pace (and you can't come last, that's someone's job...)
Park runs!
There are also virtual running websites you can take part in, have a look for Race At Your Pace.
A 45 minute run what an achievement😊😊😊
