I did it!!!! I am a GRADUATE!!!!! Aaaand I kept going past the 30 mins and managed to run 5k in about 42mins!!! This journey has been amazing, the support is the best and I just hope now that I can keep it up. Thank you so much c25k! ☺️🏃‍♀️☺️

Yea I cant decide when to do my first consideration run - I ran with my compression sock yest and my ankle was so much better so think I might try tomorrow, will just stick on my music and 30 min timer and see what happens! I still feel so slow, esp when talking to some family and they are like 'oh yea I did 5k in like 26-28 mins' but I'm trying to tell myself, who cares! 😊
