Well done you! There's lots if advice on the pinned posts here. The link below might seem like a lot to remember right now, but it does become easier and it's worth paying attention to technique to avoid injury right from a beginning. You could also Google Japanese slow running on YouTube. It's got lots of us through difficult times.

The first runs are tough as your body isn’t used to it, but well done you for beginning what is a great journey to fitness....onwards and upwards Toots858, you’ll soon get the running bug, the feeling you get after completing each run is great 👍🏃♀️
Thankyou i definately have the bug already. After completing the first one i felt such an achievement. Looking forward to my next run. Xx
