I JUST RAN FOR 30 MINUTES. That needed capital letters lol
I am absolutely ecstatic- I never in a million years believed that I could do that.
I went out slower than I have been running as I wanted to make sure I made it to the end.
I wanted to pace myself, today was all about the time and not the distance, but now I know I can make it to the end I feel like I can push myself a little bit as I still had some left in the tank at the end.
I have never run on a Sunday before - so used to Mon/Wed/Fri but I felt like I was ready today so I just went for it, even although it is very windy and raining- who am I??? π€·π»ββοΈ Running on a Sunday in the rain?? ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈπ§π§π§πͺπͺπͺ
Iβve no idea but definitely a fitter version of me πͺπ»ππ½ I havenβt used my blue inhaler in 5 weeks which is just incredible, this has helped my asthma beyond belief, and to think I always used my asthma as an excuse not to run.
To anyone running today or tomorrow Youβve got this ππ»
Woooooohooooo -time to shower then rest my legs next r2 on Tuesday πͺπ»
