I JUST RAN FOR 30 MINUTES. That needed capital letters lol

I am absolutely ecstatic- I never in a million years believed that I could do that.

I went out slower than I have been running as I wanted to make sure I made it to the end.

I wanted to pace myself, today was all about the time and not the distance, but now I know I can make it to the end I feel like I can push myself a little bit as I still had some left in the tank at the end.

I have never run on a Sunday before - so used to Mon/Wed/Fri but I felt like I was ready today so I just went for it, even although it is very windy and raining- who am I??? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Running on a Sunday in the rain?? πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸŒ§πŸŒ§πŸŒ§πŸŒͺπŸŒͺπŸŒͺ

I’ve no idea but definitely a fitter version of me πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ½ I haven’t used my blue inhaler in 5 weeks which is just incredible, this has helped my asthma beyond belief, and to think I always used my asthma as an excuse not to run.

To anyone running today or tomorrow You’ve got this πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Woooooohooooo -time to shower then rest my legs next r2 on Tuesday πŸ’ͺ🏻

Thank you so much. It’s so good 😊 I can’t believe where I’m at?? I never believed it possible.

Well done for getting to wk8r3- you out today or tomorrow??

I wanted to do today (even in the wind and rain) as I felt good and tomorrow is to be worse weather wise so I took a chance and I’m so glad I did- I’m now 2 runs from finishing this πŸ’ͺ🏻

I did run 3 today. I’m pretty slow but it’s great to go out knowing I am going to run for 28 minutes. πŸ˜„

Well done - 28 minutes is HUGE πŸ™ŒπŸ½

I didn’t do well on that run at all- I went out far to fast and ended up having to walk for 20seconds but I added a full minute on the end- this made me apprehensive about today so I went slower than I have for weeks- all about the time not the distance I need to remember that. I know I can do it now so I am going to push a bit on my next one but I want to finish this strong so I won’t go to hard

When you out next? Tuesday??

Tuesday or Wednesday. I am running with my daughter who is a student nurse so have to try and fit in with her shifts.

Great job, and wonderful news on the asthma front. Running on a Sunday, in the rain, and the wind, for 30 minutes, finishing with plenty left, and no doubt some other hidden victories in that run... awesome.

It’s monumental isn’t it. We are pushing ourselves way beyond what we thought we could ever do, and then doing more a few days later.

Amazing stuff
