Finished week 5 felt great, went out to do run wk6 run1 on Monday really struggled had to stop a couple of times, but it was really really hot, the re ran it Wednesday no real problems. Today I’ve done wk6 run 2, managed it slowly but then all my runs are slow. Seem to have lost my mojo a bit, I’m still terrified of these longer runs. Did anyone or does anyone else feel like this?

Struggling week 6???
Congratulations on almost completing C25K, take all those longer runs slowly, don't give up now, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some before you run, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾
So many of us were anxious about longer runs without breaks...just do what you can. Go slow and steady...you can speed up in time once the duration works. Take care. 🏃♀️👣
Week 6 isn’t as easy as it looks... if anything the 25 minutes is easier than the tricky little intervals before. Heat is going to be an issue for a little while... early morning/late night running is the way to go if you can. If all your runs are slow at the moment, that’s perfect! We need to run this nice and slowly to become the best runner at graduation. Slow running develops your muscles and cardio endurance much sooner than pushing hard would. Grey job this week... especially getting back on that first run. If at first you don’t succeed and all that.
I wouldn’t say I was ever terrified before a run, but there was anxiety and trepidation. Relax before you run, remind yourself that you can do this... if in doubt, think back to how hard 60 seconds was, and how long that felt. Have a wonderful 25 minutes.
You are doing great, so why are you so terrified?

Relax and enjoy it, don't fight it.
Thank you, I feel fitter than I have for ages.
I'm due to run wk6 run3 tomorrow & I feel a lot like you too J111eth re mojo. Think we're the same age too. I leave extra days between runs to rest aching legs & hips as I find that helps me. I'm sure they're menopause related! 😳 I did wk6 runs 1 & 2 last week. Looking at the posts on here it seems like it's more like a mental issue & fear of the longer runs. Gonna drink plenty today & give myself a good talking to ready for tomorrow's run 3 or in my case 🐌 run 😆
👍another one in the bag. Was hard going at times even at my snail 🐌 pace. There was a dog walker ahead of me & I didn't gain on him at all 😆 Can't believe I'm onto week 7 😁 Good luck on your run J111eth, let me know how you get on.
