I feel amazing, did Wk6 R2 this am, the 1st 10 minute run I felt as If I was really running, as opposed to shuffling, not fast but running, then a 3 minute walk when I really wanted to run, followed by the final 10 minutes which surprised me by being tough, but I did it, and cut my time and lengthened my distance, cant wait to try the 25 minute run on Tuesday morning, never believed this possible, I know everyone says that but so true. Oh and the garmin is fab now I got it hitched to computor, Laura let me down again but not so important on the longer runs, just annoys me, at this rate she will cut out just before she says Im a runner !!!!
