Good luck with wk6r3. Just run exactly as you have been and drink lots of water 7 days a week even more when it's warm π
Good luck for tomorrow. 80βs music makes such great runspo. Perhaps we should bring back dayglo and leg warmers? Not that weβd need them this week πππ
