Well, the final run and I did it - but boy, it was HARD and definitely not 5k! Run 2 had been ok, quite enjoyable even, but today - exactly the same route but all the demons were in my head and it was just a slog. I wouldn't have completed if it hadn't been for Laura's cheerful voice and the prospect of my disappointment if I didn't keep going! Thanks to everyone here and C25K for the help, advice and support. Maybe see you at a Parkrun someday...🙂

Some runs are just hard. My W9r2 I forgot to have breakfast and that was a killer run.

I also nearly face planted on the concrete today not sure how I managed to upright myself again but thankfully did and graduated too!!!

Yes thank you. I managed to catch myself as the floor was looming. About to jump into a hot bath as I strained my shoulder/neck as I twisted towards the floor. 😊

I really enjoyed the one I did today and I'm sure you will too. I recommend you you repeat wk9run3 on app/podcast as it helps me
